1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of video2blog.ai (the “Service”), operated by the video2blog.ai team (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
video2blog.ai lets you turn the transcript of a YouTube video into an SEO-optimized blog article that you can edit, export, and publish. Features and limits depend on your plan. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) process content you do not have the right to use; (b) infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; (c) generate unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content; (d) attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or (e) resell the Service without our written permission. You are responsible for the videos you submit and for reviewing and complying with applicable laws (including YouTube’s terms) before publishing generated content.
5. Your content and AI output
You retain ownership of the input you provide and the articles you generate. You grant us a limited license to process your input solely to provide the Service. AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing and editing it before publishing. We do not guarantee that output is original, accurate, or fit for any purpose.
6. Plans, billing, and credits
Paid plans and one-time credit packs are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel your subscription from your account. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (including YouTube/Google, Stripe, Supabase, and AI providers) and on platforms you connect for publishing (such as WordPress and Shopify). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or logos.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of France will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
